Vow to your health!

     The way you live each day are baby steps for your future health. I want to be around as long as I can for my family. My life changed dramatically after my little girl was born. From that day everything has revolved around her and I would not have it any other way! I live for her!
     To stay healthy I take my Shaklee Vitalizer Strips 
& Vivix. I eliminated toxic chemical cleaners by switching to Shaklee's Get Clean line which are completely safe, natural, and nontoxic. They are also environmentally friendly. I have been taking little steps to eat healthier. Instead of sitting down and eating a box of cookies, I'll grab some cheese & grapes to snack on or a yogurt. Just those little steps I know are helping me! I also have eliminated the amount of sugary drinks I take in and replace it with Clean Water. Breakfast Bites

  • If you're looking for a quick fix to start off your day with a nutritious bang then these Breakfast Bites are the perfect quick treat! You can eat them for breakfast or whenever you are craving a little snack. It always makes me feel good to know I am eating something healthy!

  • Healthy & Nutritious Breakfast Bites

    • Bake Time: 15 minutes
    • Makes: 2 dozen
      Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees
  • Ingredients:
  • - 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • - 1/2 cup flax seed meal
  • - 3 tbsp sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
  • -1/3 cup honey
  • - 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1/2 cup almond butter








  • Directions:
  •                                        Mix vanilla, almond butter, & honey in a large bowl.
  • Next, stir in the cinnamon, oats, flax seed meal, chopped almonds & cranberries.
  • Shape the mixture into little balls & pop them into a cupcake pan (first rubbed with a bit of coconut oil). Then, put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes OR just put them into the refrigerator to chill! They are delicious either way. Enjoy!
