- If you're looking for a quick fix to start off your day with a nutritious bang then these Breakfast Bites are the perfect quick treat! You can eat them for breakfast or whenever you are craving a little snack. It always makes me feel good to know I am eating something healthy!
Healthy & Nutritious Breakfast Bites
- Bake Time: 15 minutes
- Makes: 2 dozen
Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees
- Ingredients:
- - 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- - 1/2 cup flax seed meal
- - 3 tbsp sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
- -1/3 cup honey
- - 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- - 1 tsp vanilla extract
- - 1/2 cup almond butter
- Directions:
- Mix vanilla, almond butter, & honey in a large bowl.
- Next, stir in the cinnamon, oats, flax seed meal, chopped almonds & cranberries.
- Shape the mixture into little balls & pop them into a cupcake pan (first rubbed with a bit of coconut oil). Then, put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes OR just put them into the refrigerator to chill! They are delicious either way. Enjoy!
